Die Reifung in ehemaligen Bourbon- und Sherry-Fässern verleiht dem Craigellachie Single Malt seine weichen Vanille-, Toffee- und Karamellnoten.

Craigellachie Whisky gewann bei der San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2015 und 2021 zweimal Gold und wurde 2016 bei der International Spirits Challenge in Großbritannien ebenfalls mit Gold ausgezeichnet.
