DESCRIPTION
Die Grundlage für diesen Classic Laddie ist kein in Stein gemeißeltes Rezept, sondern eine Destillationsphilosophie. Jede Charge des Classic Laddie wird von Natur aus einzigartig und subtil anders sein und den klassischen, blumigen und eleganten Bruichladdich-Hausstil zeigen.

Die Fässer, die für jede Charge des Classic Laddie ausgewählt wurden, wurden mit dem Geist aus 100% schottischer Gerste befüllt.

TASTING NOTES
Nase
Nose		 Es beginnt mit Gerstenzucker und einem Hauch von Minze, bevor es in die wunderbarsten Noten von frisch geschnittenen Wildblumen übergeht: Hahnenfuß, Gänseblümchen, Mädesüß, Myrte, Primel und Kirschblüte.

Die Reinheit der Spirituose ist bemerkenswert. Im Laufe der Sekunden steigen weitere Aromen aus dem Glas auf, kleine Zephiren von Spindrift und Meeresrosa, die daran erinnern, dass diese Spirituose ausschließlich am Meer gereift ist. Nach etwa vier oder fünf Minuten und unter Zugabe von etwas Wasser kommen karamellisierte Früchte zum Vorschein: Zitronentropfen und Honig, Mandarinen und Tabletten.
Gaumen
Palate		 Der Eintritt am Gaumen ist so raffiniert und erfrischend, dass die süße Eiche und die Gerste zusammenkommen und die Geschmacksknospen in Verzückung versetzen. Die Früchte der Destillation treiben mit einer atlantischen Brise heran und zerplatzen auf der Zunge wie Champagnerbläschen.

Eine Kombination aus reifen grünen Früchten, braunem Zucker und süßem Malz bildet den Abschluss. Ein Geschmack in die Vergangenheit, eine Erkenntnis, dass nicht alle Single Malts gleich sind und dass man, um das absolute Optimum zu erreichen, Gerste verwenden muss, die in Schottland hergestellt wird.
