Die biodynamische Landwirtschaft basiert auf biologischen Grundsätzen, repariert und verbessert den Boden, um qualitativ hochwertige Produkte zu erzeugen. Indem wir Gerste von der kohlenstoffnegativen Yatesbury House Farm kaufen und destillieren, unterstützen wir die regenerativen Landwirtschaftssysteme, die wir uns für die Welt wünschen.

Dieser 2011 aus der Ernte 2010 von Richard Gantlett angebauter biodynamischer Gerste destillierte Brand wurde später in ehemalige amerikanische Whiskeyfässer abgefüllt. Mit einer Reifezeit von 10 Jahren und einer Abfüllung mit 50 % vol. vor den Toren unserer Brennerei ist dies ein revolutionärer Whisky, der die Kraft der Verbindung vom Landwirt zum Glas demonstriert.

Das biodynamische Projekt ist das zweite Experiment der Bruichladdich Distillery, das in kleinen Mengen hergestellt wird. Diese unkonventionellen Spirituosen stammen aus dem Probenraum unseres Chef-Destillateurs und werden um der Neugierde willen enthüllt. Im Einklang mit unserer Verpflichtung zur Reduzierung von Umverpackungen wird The Biodynamic Project ohne Dose verkauft. Dieses Produkt ist auf 5.000 Flaschen limitiert.
